It all started when…

we visited countless Case, CaseIH and New Holland dealers across the US and saw the financial opportunities those dealers were missing. They were not claiming for all the work they performed and risking their warranty reimbursement by failing to document their work. We realized there had to be a better way.

We’ve worked with dealerships and manufacturers to develop proven processes to maximize reimbursement and cashflow, while reducing unnecessary write-offs and minimizing risk. We believe a strong dealership is built on solid business processes that are unique to each dealership and generate positive results to the bottom line.

 
 

Anthony mylnarczyk managing partner

Anthony Mlynarczyk is a co-founder of Advanced Warranty Experts. He has 30+ years of management experience, focusing on identifying and improving processes that drive profitability and cash flow. His business foundation is built on Accounting and Business Management degrees and over 20 years of practical, hands-on experience in both the manufacturer and dealership sides of the AG and CE Equipment industry. While at CNHi, Anthony managed the dealer audit department and worked with more than 300 CNHi brand dealers across North America, Australia, the United Kingdom and the European Union. In addition, he managed all aspects of CNHi Warranty Administration in North America, including warranty policy, claims processing, warranty systems and dealer training. Anthony also spent 2 years as Service Director for a multi-store heavy equipment construction dealership, where he was instrumental in increasing service profitability and maximizing warranty cash flow.

 

kRISTI wOODBURN Managing Partner

Kristi Woodburn is a co-founder of Advanced Warranty Experts. She has 15+ years of experience directly related to CNHi warranty. She spent 5 years with CNHi’s Dealer Audit department. During this time, she visited numerous dealerships and reviewed their documents for compliance with CNHi’s Warranty Policies and Procedures. Kristi then became the Team Lead for Warranty Systems and Data Analytics where she helped design and test the CNHi eWarranty system. In this role she maintained all Warranty systems as well as provided analytical reporting on claims. Kristi also managed the Supplier Warranty Recovery department within CNHi Warranty. She led a team in recovering upwards of $20M from suppliers for parts that were found to be faulty through warranty repairs. Kristi spent a year and a half as Warranty Administrator for a multi-store heavy equipment construction dealership, where she improved processes and maximized warranty recovery.

 

Kalie Johnson
Operations Manager

Kalie Johnson is the Operations Manager at Advance Warranty Experts. She has 15+ years of experience working in agriculture and construction equipment warranty. During that time, she has filled a variety of role levels from Service Writer to Warranty Project Lead. She spent several years as a lead warranty claims assessor for CNHi where she reviewed and adjudicated warranty claims from the dealers according to their warranty policies. She then moved to Accenture to become Supplier Warranty Recovery Lead, overseeing a global team of engineers from Asia, Europe, and the U.S. while performing negotiations and recovery of warranty reimbursement from over 300 manufacturers. She has experience in both managing teams and developing processes. She managed both the warranty recovery and claims assessment teams of over 50 people and was a key contributor to the development of warranty systems and processes for a major agricultural equipment manufacturer.

 

Mei hugenbruch

Mei Hugenbruch is a Warranty Administrator at Advanced Warranty Experts. She joins the team with 20+ years’ work experience at CNHi.  She spent many years as a Dealer Auditor and Trainer who reviewed documentation to ensure they followed manufacture policies. She conducted dealer audits in North America, Europe, Australia, and China. After her time in Audit, Mei became a Field Service Manager for New Holland. In this role, she managed over 30 dealers and provided coaching for industry regulations and best practices as well as ensuring the implementation of company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

 

Cristal Belmont Cruz
Warranty Administration

Cristal Belmont Cruz is a Warranty Administrator at Advanced Warranty Experts. She brings 18+ years of transportation component manufacturing experience to the team. During her time in manufacturing, she filled a variety of roles such as Quality Technician, Production Planner, Production Supervisor and Internal Auditor.  She has vast experience in electrical component production and understands defects in material and workmanship from the perspective of the manufacturer.
